1. Entry of Widow Woman as a Member?
In case a widow woman entering as a member,she have to select her husband's name from list,if it is not there then enter it in the text box given in pop-up. And then select father-in-laws name from list menu given below text box.

2. Entry of Married Woman as a Member?
In case married woman entering as a member,she have to check whether her entry was created as a spouse at the time of her husband's entry. If it is then she can directly edit it,there is no need of entering it again. else she can enter her entry.

3. Entry of Married Male as a Member?
When married male entering as a member,he have to select his father's name from list.If it is not there then enter it in text box given in Pop-up. Entry of spouse get automatically created when male fills spouse name in form.Then no need of again entering his spouse entry.She can Directly edit it.

4. Entry of Unmarried Male as a Member?
In case unmarried male entering as a member,he have to select his father's name from list.If it is not there then enter it in text box given in Pop-up. Leave spouse name blank.When he get married in future,he can simply edit his entry with giving spouse name.

5. Entry of Unmarried Female as a Member?
Unmarried female entry should be same as unmarried male entry(like case 4).
